Service Description

Assistance provided to people with disability and who may require support to find employment. It works through the Government's Job Active Scheme to help with finding suitable work. Will assist with planning career goals, training and work experience, preparing for interviews and resume assistance, ongoing workplace support, and arrangement of workplace modifications if required. Other services include support for people at home and in the community, Allied Health, NDIS, and supported and independent living.
