Service Description

Provides a range of services and supports to people with disability, mental health concerns, older people, those who are at risk of homelessness, refugees, youth and Indigenous Australians. Assistance is available with services and referrals to other services, including independent living, accommodation, social services, employment, educations and contact with the Criminal Justice System. The service is for individuals who have NDIS coverage.
