Neami Nepean - Penrith

Service Description

A community mental health service that provides rehabilitation, recovery and support services to individuals living with a mental illness. Works using a Recovery Model to set goals with support of a staff member. There are group programs, outreach services and transition support, peer support workers through the Flourish Program, and the Housing and Accommodation Support Initiative to help people live well and more independently at home and in the community. Services provided to people 16 years and older.
