ReachOut Parents One-on-One Support

Service Description

An online support service for parents and carers with teens between 12 to 18 years. Work with a professional coach to develop a personalised plan to support your teen, based around your familys specific challenges and strengths. The programme is free and includes up to four sessions that take place online or by phone call.
