Service Description

Carer Gateway services delivery partner for the ACT. Support services for unpaid family and friends carers, to assist with their duties of caring for a person with special requirements. It includes respite, support groups, young carers, counselling, NDIS coordination, activities and advocacy. Support is available for carers of a multicultural background, and for Aboriginal carers. Deakin Cottage provides dementia respite and frail aged respite.
