Service Description

Provides a range of services to the local area, including groups and activities. Services are available to frail older people, younger people with a disability, carers, young people including those at risk of disengaging from family and community, and disadvantaged and socially isolated people. Programs include Support at Home and Aged Care in Home Services, Working With Young People, other Services through local Neighbourhood Centres.
