Dedicated to providing exceptional support for vulnerable persons. We firmly believe in the rights of vulnerable persons, including those with disabilities. Our services extend from this belief and aim to assist vulnerable persons in enjoying the same opportunities and experiences as other members of society. Accepted funding types include NDIS, Private, Insurance and Brokerage. Our supports include: - Supported Independent Living (SIL) - Domestic Assistance - Community Access - Personal Care - In-Home Support (incl meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, shopping assistance) - Education Support - Skills Development - Support Coordination - Complex Care
