Service Description

A multi-disciplinary team of health professionals including nurses, psychologists, Occupational Therapist, speech pathologists and counsellors, provide clinic-based and outreach positive behaviour support, therapeutic intervention services and counselling services for people with disabilities. The services are offered under the National Disability Services Scheme (NDIS) Improved Relationships, Improved Daily Living and Specialised Coordination of Supports.
