Service Description
Health services provided by GPs, Practice Nurses, Early Childhood Nurse, Home Assessment, Mental Health Nurse and Aboriginal Health Nurse. There is a Podiatrist, visiting Psychiatrist, Dietitian, and Primary Health Care Support Teams. Treatments are available for preventative and chronic disease care, risky behaviours, domestic violence, suicide risk, falls risk and referrals to other services.
