Service Description

A specialist clinic for mental health patients who have been prescribed Clozapine for their treatment. The clinic administers the medication and supports patients with monitoring and assessments. The Clozapine Coordinator supports practitioners who are treating patients with Clozapine, in regard to regulations, pre-treatment assessment, registration, ongoing monitoring and specialist reviews. Education is provided to consumers and carers regarding Clozapine treatment.
