Service Description
The service provides assistance to young people, aged 15-24 years of age, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness providing case worker support with education, training, and employment goals. It promotes social inclusion of people from all backgrounds with culturally appropriate services. It identifies client needs and provides support for the person to develop pathways to overcome barriers.
