Street Law
Service Description
A free outreach legal service for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. It provides legal assistance and case management, includes people who are in transitional housing or living in a refuge, or those people experiencing domestic violence or other abusive threats in their current accommodation. Support is given to explain legal rights and options, assist with negotiations, obtaining documents, access to other legal services, preparation for tribunals, court or reviews. Phone advice is available.
