The Girls Refuge
Service Description
A service for girls and gender non-binary young people assigned female at birth who are 12-15 years of age. We provide a safe place to stay through crisis accommodation and support when they are experiencing difficulties, are homeless, or are at risk. Support is also provided in the community for young people aged 12-15 who are at risk of homelessness through outreach case management. .

Anyone can make a referral. Parents or DCJ must provide consent for girls 12-15 years to stay at crisis accommodation.
