Service Description

Sydney Community Services offers a wide range of services in aged care, such as home delivered meals, home modifications and maintenance, shopping assistance, in-home community visitors, home nursing and engaging activities. We also provide disability services, including community engagement, in-home supports and a range of arts and wellness services. For children aged 0-4, we offer specialised supported playgroup programs to support early development and family well-being. Additional services include community activities and events, such as gentle exercise and strength and stability, yoga, book club, social games and outings. Financial counselling and hardship assistance is offered to people experiencing temporary financial difficulties.
