Sacred Heart Hospice

Service Description

A provider of Palliative Care and Rehabilitation Services. It is a dedicated hospice for people who are terminally ill, providing specialist support. There are 12 inpatient beds, and a Community Palliative Care Team, working with other hospitals to cover the community area. Bereavement support is also provided to families, including counselling. Participates in Palliative Care research.
