Service Description

Reach Homeless Services is dedicated to the needs of those in the community who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness. The Reach team will provide a regular, reliable and safe space where we will meet the immediate and short term needs of those we support. The services include a free BBQ, water, clothing, blankets, hygiene bags and survival packs, and referrals to health and welfare services as well breakfast pcks.
