Blue Mountains Tenants Advice and Advocacy Service

Service Description

A free service providing advice about tenancy rights, and advocacy services. Will advocate with landlords and real estate agents, and for representation in the Tribunal. Advice also given to community organisations, service providers and tenants. Services are provided to tenants in private rentals, social housing, Aboriginal housing, residential caravan parks and strata units.

Advice Line: Mon & Tues 9:30am-12:30pm. Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am-4:30pm


Referral System

Self referral- the landlord's name is required before advice is provided. Tenancy advice is provided by phone
