Service Description

Provides free legal information, advice and advocacy to tenants living in public and private residential housing. Advice is available for issues including bond disputes, beginning a tenancy, rental arrears, repairs, eviction, Ombudsman complaints, going to the Tribunal, Housing Appeals Committee.
