Service Description

Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) HIPPY is a FREE home-based early learning program for children aged three, helping them build school-readiness through fun, structured activities. The program supports children's social, emotional and communication skills while strengthening family connections. Families receive fortnightly home visits from a trained tutor, regular parent gatherings, and simple activities to help children prepare for school. Parents also receive guidance on child development and access to training and employment opportunities through the program.
