Service Description

A crisis service that provides case management and supported accommodation to young pregnant women aged 16-24 years, and their children, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Accommodation is available for up to three months and is available to young women who are at risk of homelessness, have complex needs, are at risk of harm or have experienced violence, and require short term crisis care. Referrals to other services is provided, including longer term accommodation, mental health services, post and antenatal care, access to Centrelink and registration for birth.
