Brookong Centre Sexual Health
Service Description
A free and confidential service that provides a safe setting where sexual health concerns can be discussed with caring health professionals. Works with specific groups in the community including men who have sex with men, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from culturally diverse backgrounds, people who inject drugs, people recently released from prison, sex industry workers, people living with HIV and young people at risk. Clinical services include screening for sexually transmitted infections and blood borne viruses, HIV monitoring, management and treatment, Hepatitis C referral to treatment. Support and information provided for several issues relating to sexual health.
