Service Description

A free national referral service for adults who would like to find classes or one on one support to improve their literacy, numeracy and digital skills. Friendly teachers at the Hotline assist callers to find the most suitable program and provide information and advice on adult literacy learning. Calls welcome from anyone, anywhere in Australia. Employers, community services, friends and family are welcome to call.
