Service Description

Crisis/ Short term accommodation program for women aged 18 years and over, without dependent children, who are living with a mental illness and are experiencing homelessness or at risk of experiencing homelessness. The program centres on improving wellbeing and securing safe and affordable housing. The service provides weekly case management support and linkages/ referrals to mental health support to assist women who are experiencing increased stress as a result of experiencing housing instability. Referrals can be made by clinicians, GP’s other homelessness providers, inpatient mental health units or self-referrals.
