The Dementia Awareness Support Team offers you, - A health professional to talk to, if you are worried about a personâs memory. - Advice about seeing a geriatrician. - Support to understand a diagnosis & next steps after a dementia diagnosis. - Counselling & help with planning for the future, including support groups. - Information and education on how to find services that can help.
