KYDS Youth Counselling

Service Description

Free, confidential counselling and mental health support for young people aged 10-18 and their families. No Medicare card, GP referral or mental health plan is required, and young people can see us at a range of locations, for as long as they need support. KYDS offers individual counselling, family-based interventions, parenting intervention, therapeutic group sessions and well-being programs. We support young people through friendship problems, school and study stress, anxiety, bullying, relationship issues, family changes, anger, substance use, gaming and internet dependency, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts and actions. We also offer early intervention workshops and presentations in school and community settings, as well as a regular program of free webinars.
