A program to assist people to stop smoking. It is run by former smokers who are able to provide support to people wanting to give up tobacco. It deals with all aspects of smoking addiction, using a slow withdrawal process, including patches if required. It addresses psychological, social and emotional issues as well as the physical addiction. Participants determine their cut off date and work towards this process with support.
