Mental Health Services Acute Care Team Eastern Suburbs (ACT)
Service Description
Provides telephone support and home visitations for people 18 years and older, experiencing acute symptoms of mental illness, such as psychosis. Works with the Community Mental Health Team, and provides after hours care. It includes support and monitoring in times of crisis and will do emergency mental health assessments in the community. There is education and support for families and carers affected by crisis.
