Jobsupport - Transition To Work Service
Service Description
Provides school leavers who have an intellectual disability extra help before they attempt paid employment. Assists them with successful work experience and by addressing issues that are preventing their acceptance to an open employment service. The programs are offered at cluster sites around the Sydney Metro area.

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

Referral System
Through Centrelink or School system. An assessment is done to determine eligibility. Must have documentary proof of IQ less than 60.
