Service Description
We provide services to help older people and their carers stay independent, healthy and connected. Services include social outings, centre-based programs, shopping assistance, home visits, dog walking, home maintenance.

Through My Aged Care 1800 200 422. There is an online referral form. An assessment of eligibility will be done prior to acceptance.
