Service Description
Support services to assist older people and people living with a disability to be independent and remain in their own home. Services include Aged Care Services for people 65 years and older, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people from 50 years of age, Home Care Packages with four levels of care, and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) for people under 65 years and living with a disability.
