Service Description
We provide tailored, one-on-one support to women over 18 years old, without accompanying children, who are, or are at risk of, experiencing homelessness and living with mental ill-health. We have accommodation and non-accommodation support programs; including crisis accommodation, medium-term transitional housing tenancies, and outreach support services for women requiring housing advocacy support while residing in their own housing. Within each program, participants are allocated a key support worker to provide case management. Our programs can provide support to women in recovery from substance dependency, however we are unable to accommodate women in active addiction.

Service Fees
Yes, rent is required in transitional properties at the rate of 25% of total income and 100% of Commonwealth Rent Assistance (CRA).
