Triage and Assessment Centre- Nepean Blue Mountains
Service Description
A triage service for people in need of mental health care. The team will review and assess the person without having to attend the hospital emergency department. Staffed by nurses, doctors and other health professionals. Peer Support Workers are on site to support and assist patients.
