Kyogle Antenatal Classes
Service Description
The program runs through Kyogle Hospital over eight consecutive weeks on a Monday evening. The program teaches active birth, relaxation and breath awareness, back care, posture and exercises, medical intervention in birth, breastfeeding, infant care and information on the first week's of baby's life. There is a group reunion after baby's birth.
