Clear Minds - Momentum Collective
Service Description
The Clear Minds Program is an early intervention support for children and young people aged 0-18 years of age, who may be at risk of developing mental health concerns or having a hard time coping with stressors in their lives. Clear minds provide a range of flexible, responsive non-clinical support including case management, and group work meeting the needs of children and young people across the Clarence Valley and Richmond coastal regions.
