Service Description

The CICADA Centre brings together three teams of clinicians to provide care and interventions for children and adolescents affected by drugs and alcohol. The key areas of support include: 1) Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders Clinic 2) Family Services 3) Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Service The CICADA Centre works to provide assessment and diagnosis, deliver counselling and clinical care, support research and education in key areas, provide training for paediatricians, GPs, and other professionals/ services, and develop prevention and early intervention strategies. The CICADA team is made up of Paediatricians, Nurses, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapist, Social Workers, Speech Pathologist and Aboriginal Care Navigators who work.
