Service Description

Seniors Rights Service is a community organisation dedicated to protecting and advancing the rights of older people, particularly vulnerable and disadvantaged groups. We provide a free legal service, aged care advocacy, provide social support and deliver community information of relevance to older people in New South Wales.

Anyone can refer- Will take referrals under 65 if in a nursing home. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders from 50 years.
