Family Mental Health Support Service

Service Description

An early intervention support service for children and young people aged 0-18 years of age, who are affected by, or at risk of developing a mental illness. Works with the young person and by extension the family to formulate case plans with the goal of improving the child's wellbeing. Case workers provide holistic person-centered support which includes referrals, advocacy, advice and education, mentorship, community engagement support and parenting support and advice in the interest of the young person.
