Family Mental Health Support Services

Service Description

An early intervention support service for families with children 0-18 years of age, who are affected by, or at risk of developing a mental illness. Case workers work with the whole family to improve the child's wellbeing. Support work includes providing outreach, informal counselling, advocacy, referrals as well as group activities.
