Family Mental Health Support Services

Service Description

An early intervention support service for families with children 0-18 years of age, who are affected by, or at risk of developing a mental illness. They work with the whole family to improve the child's wellbeing. Support workers provide home based support, counselling, advocacy, online and peer support.
