Service Description
Provides social support services that include in home visits, telephone contact, group outings and social activities. Services include a food service delivered daily or for pick up, centre based day care, copy and printing services. Services are available to people who are 65 years and older, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people 50 years and over, who are not receiving support under HACC Program, and would be at risk if placed in premature or inappropriate long term residential care. Community transport is available to individuals who qualify.
