The Disability Trust
Service Description
Provides short breaks for people with disabilities, including mental illness to enjoy a break from their usual environment. It also allows families and carers to return to work and have a short break. There are several locations available to accommodate individual needs, including a Teen House for teenagers aged 12-18 years. Also offers home and centre based care with recreational activities, and holiday respite.
