It supports resolution of issues with a flexible approach, community accessibility to exercise rights, for organisations to meet responsibilities under the legislation, identifies trends and patterns and good practice. Works with government agencies to deliver on transparency and access to information. Does not provide legal advice. Complaints may be registered following instructions through the website.
