Northern Sydney Intellectual Disability Health Team

Service Description

A multidisciplinary health service for school aged children, adolescents and adults with a diagnosed intellectual disability and complex health needs. Provides a full health assessment and referral to other health professionals including a psychologist. A report is sent to the the person, GP or other health professional. Services include clinical services, psychiatric consultation and treatment for adults, access to dietitians and education and group sessions.
