Community Mental Health Service Yass
Service Description
A Community Mental Health Service, providing triage, crisis assessment, follow up and case management. It includes services for children, adolescents and adults up to 65 years of age, with a multidisciplinary approach. There is a drug and alcohol worker weekly, and a monthly psychiatrist visit.
