Service Description

Momentum Collective provides support to people who are vulnerable and disadvantaged, by assisting them with employment, housing and a better life. They work with individuals, families and other service providers, peak bodies, health professionals and local and state governments to provide accessible services to people experiencing mental illness, disability or housing difficulties. We are a registered NDIS provider.
