Service Description

A community mental health service that provides rehabilitation, recovery and support services to individuals living with a mental illness. We work within a Recovery Framework to work towards the individual's aspirations and goals . Through the Community Living Support program there is one-on-one support, group programs, and peer support available. The program works toward supporting people to improve their health and live independently within the community.
