Service Description

A community mental health service that provides rehabilitation, recovery and support services to individuals living with a mental illness. Works on a Recovery Model to set goals with support of a staff member. There are group programs, outreach services and transition support, peer support workers through the Flourish Program, Adult Community Living Program and The Way Back Support Service. Works toward supporting people to improve their health and live independently within the community.
