Service Description

Provides community services and support for children and adults living with intellectual disabilities, families with young children, people who are socially isolated, aged and frail people and those living with dementia, as well as their carers. Services include playgroups, community transport, food assistance and shopping assistance, health and wellbeing activities, and support for older people through activities and home assistance.
