Service Description

Provides aged care services, including community and wellbeing in ageing, disability services, retirement villages and independent living. Support is offered to individuals and families to assist with their wishes, choices and needs- emotionally, socially and physically. There are activities and programs available to keep the community involved and active. Participates in research and dementia care.
