Service Description

A peer based drug user group that is run by people who use or have used illicit drugs. Provides education, advocacy and peer support, to reduce harms associated with injecting and illicit drug use. There are workshops for drug users and referrals to other services. Works on reducing risky behaviour associated with drug use by providing information on detox and rehab, overdose prevention, vein care, safe injecting, effects of drug use, treatments, sexual health, and information on Hepatitis C, HIV/Aids and other blood diseases.
